As a qualified executive coach, I offer professionals a safe space within which they can discover what they want, what holds them back, and then work towards change. I specialise in coaching in a leadership context.
The coaching can be about developing a strategy or delivering on it; leading teams; managing change; building resilience; changing behaviour following a 360º review; or taking career decisions. Coaching is also an ideal platform for professionals to generate and test ideas.

I follow a solution-oriented yet non-directive method. Using a blend of tools and techniques that help unveil issues, patterns and beliefs that interfere with professional performance or fulfilment.

had not thought of exploring by myself. And just like that,
what I need to do next comes to light.”
Oftentimes, we base the coaching cycle on feedback from 360° feedback from top management, teams and peers, or on the coachee’s Insighs Discovery Profile.
